Overview
The Attentive integration with Address Guard, allows brands to alert customers of issues with their shipping address via a direct text message. This method ensures customers can react to their order issues quickly and easily.
Get Started
From your Address Guard account, click into: Integrations > Attentive > Connect
Enter in your Attentive credentials to connect your account. Once this is completed, you'll be redirected back to Address Guard and the "Connected" badge will now show.
Once you’ve completed the connection, click Save at the top and you’re all done.
Configure your SMS notification
The next step is to enable your SMS notification settings and configure the messaging that customers receive when an issue is identified with their shipping address.
To get started, click into: Display > SMS Notifications
Once you're on the page, there are a few options to setup:
Customize the SMS message body (limited to 160 characters)
Select when an SMS notification should be sent to your customers after the initial email notification is sent. This can be configured by X hours or Y days.
Lastly, enable the SMS notification by clicking the slider at the top.
After you're happy with the updates, click Save on the top, and you're all done!
