Overview
The goal of our email analytics tool is to better understand how customers are interacting with your email notifications and the steps taken to resolve their issue.
Email Analytics is only available for Shopify Plus stores at this time.
Get Started
To begin analyzing your email analytics for particular month, go to: Analytics from the main menu. Once opened, our email analytics page contains several charts and a table of performance for each month.
There are 4 primary charts:
Emails Sent - the # of unique email notifications sent to customers.
Bounced - the # of emails which resulted in a unique hard or soft bounce for the email address.
Opens - the # of unique open and overall rate compared to the # sent
Clicks - the # of unique clicks and overall rate compared to the # opened.
Below this is our Performance Table which measures on a monthly basis how these 4 values were handled with your notifications. The table also indicates what action the customer took by the total # of actions and the % of these actions compared to the overall rate.
Confirmed Address - the # of unique customers who clicked to confirm their address is correct.
Updated Address - the # of unique customers who updated their address to resolve an undeliverable problem.
