Overview
The Single Address Tool allows you to check the validity of a shipping address across 240+ countries in just a few clicks. This can be helpful in situations where you need to check an order outside of your e-commerce store such as a phone order or marketplace.
Once an address completes processing, the analysis results will display on the right side of the screen. Depending on the country, varying levels of information will be available.
Note: Each address validation will be billed based on your account billing rate.
Get started
To access this tool, click into the main menu: Tools > Single Shipping Address
Select your address type - United States or International
Enter in your shipping address for each line item and then click the Submit button to begin processing.
Results will then display on the right side under primary results. The amount of information will depend on the country, with an overview provided below.
Results for United States addresses
The right side will consist of two areas: Address analysis and Address metadata. The values represented here are taken from the USPS and other major shipping carriers to provide full context.

Results for International addresses
Similar to the United States check, the right side results will display varying amounts of information related to the address. For this tool, we display the validated & formatted address on the right side. Information including:
