Email Address & Phone Number Validation
Our new feature suite for Email Address and Phone Number Validation launched in August 2024, gives brands a more accurate representation of their customer's data. This is an optional feature to enable, but we highly recommend it especially for those that are sending large volume Email & SMS campaigns each month.

FAQ
Q: Does the price change by international country?
A: Our pricing is all inclusive, regardless of the country. This means that whether the customer is in Brazil, Japan, Egypt or Canada, the price per order is the same.
To see a list of all countries we support today, please see this support guide.
Q: Is billing per order or per validation?
A: Our pricing model charges only 1 time per order. This means regardless of how many times the customer updates their address for re-validation, you're never charged again.
Q: What happens if the customer abandons their cart and then comes back to Checkout?
A: For Shopify Plus brands utilizing our Before Checkout validation option, a billing charge is applied if the customer abandons checkout after entering in a shipping address for validation. For other brands, no charges will be applied for abandoned carts since the validation happens after checkout.
Q: How am I billed for Address Guard?
A: For brands utilizing Shopify, billing is handled via the standard monthly Shopify Bill.
For brands utilizing any other platform, such as: BigCommerce, Magento 2, WooCommerce, Maropost (Neto), or Custom API, billing is handled via a monthly charge to your credit card on file.
