Overview
When an issue is found with an shipping address, the Address Popup or Checkout Extension will show prompting the customer to update their address. When the customer clicks to update their address via the popup, they are forwarded to the Address Form.
From here, the customer can see their original address, with the capability to edit each field to ensure the address is accurate. Once the customer submits their updated address, we will re-validate the new address, and depending on the results, we will automatically push the update to your e-commerce platform.
Note: You are never charged for re-validation attempts, regardless of how many times the customer may change their address. You're only charged 1-time per order.

To begin customizing your address form, go to: Display > Form
There are 3 sections on this page, all which can be seen by scrolling down.
General Fields & Labels - this section allows you to customize all text associated with the form including the confirmation popup. All text fields are customizable and can support any language.
Design - this section allows you to customize all colors, and font type associated to match your branding. For advanced users, you can add your own custom CSS at the bottom as well.
Advanced - this section allows you to customize settings for your form including time limit expiration behavior and the redirect action.
Time limit definition: What is the maximum amount of time a customer can update their address before the form prevents address changes). As a best practice we recommend setting the time limit expiration to 4 days, to ensure customers have plenty of time to update their address.
Redirect Action definition: How should the form behave after the customer clicks to submit their address. By default, the page will redirect to the Order Confirmation page, but you have the flexibility to set a custom link as well.
Prevent customers from selecting a different country, other than the one they used as their original shipping address. This is helpful if you only ship to certain countries, and want to prevent the customer from selecting an option that you do not support.
Prevent customers from selecting a different state within the same country - this can help reduce tax issues related to rates in different states where orders are shipped to.
