Learn how to configure your BigCommerce store with Address Guard

Overview

Getting started with Address Guard on BigCommerce only takes a few minutes and then you’ll be automatically validating shipping addresses as orders occur.

Follow these steps to ensure you’re all setup and ready to go:

  1. Once you’re logged-in to your BigCommerce admin panel click on Apps > Marketplace.

  2. Scroll down to the Shipping & Fulfillment category to find Address Guard or use the search tool to find us as well. Once you’re on the listing, click Get this App to begin.

  3. Once the app is installed, you will land on the onboarding flow which will walk you through setting up your account. This should only take a minute, and will include setting your brand colors and email logo.

After the app is successfully installed, we recommend watching our onboarding video to better understand how everything works in your new account.


Next steps

Once the onboarding popup is closed, you’ll be on the dashboard. There’s no code to add to your BigCommerce store, or special settings to enable, by default everything is enabled and already processing orders.
